I’m a busy quilt pattern designer as you may be, but I may be of some help with clip art. Here is a rotary cutter I’ve drawn and I’m using on my patterns. It was drawn in Adobe Illustrator, and as a vector graphic, you can enlarge or reduce it without fear it will look bitmapped.
