Free, easy applique patterns

Each of these three free, easy to appliqué, quilt blocks will fit comfortably on a rectangle of fabric 7.5” x 9.5”. The full size patterns are in pdf format. Simply click HERE to access each pdf file. I have more free patterns on my website: www.patterns2quilt.com…take a look!
Each of the patterns was designed with a beginner in mind. Just trace the pattern to the paper backed adhesive web, press to the back of the fabric (per mfg. instructions), cut all the pieces and place them into position on the fabric rectangle.
To finish the edges, set your machine to zig zag and the block is complete. Using a tear away stabilizer behind the rectangle will help with fabric bunching. Add a small seam allowance if you will be using a technique other than raw edge.
You might like to use just one of the patterns for a baby quilt, or mix all three. Enlarge as you wish. Below are samples of the easy patterns:
