Longarm quilter you will want to meet!
margaret | June 30, 2011
I want to share a few snippets from our current newsletter featuring Anita Estes, longarm quilter extraordinaire.
Anita explained, “I discovered quilt making when living with my grandparents as a young child. Can’t tell about my love of quilts without telling about them because the things they taught me were a big influence on who I am today.
Anita is a professional longarm quilter with a big heart. She mades memory quilts from clothing of deceased individuals, finishes UFO tops (unfinished quilt tops) donated to her and gives them to charity, machine quilts for textile artists, designs her own quilts, and
hosts three blogs with tons of quilt related tutorials!
Below is a sample of quilting out extra fullness into a beautiful design.
There is so much more about Anita to share! If you are wondering…it’s in the July issue. Sign up to the left of this post.
