What’s more fun than a quilt of daisies? This 16” x 13.25” wall quilt will fit right into any décor and not overshadow the surroundings. I’ll bet you can find just the right spot to plant these daisies.
As with all my patterns, this one is super easy and moves along very quickly. Using the fusible method and a simple zig zag stitch it will be on your wall in no time.
To add visual interest to the quilt, I’ve designed three of the flowers to be three-dimensional. Can you spot them?
The pattern pieces are full size; however, if you are interested in something larger, just enlarge the pieces and cut the background larger and you’re set to go!

Another budget busting free print and tape panto. This cute jumping sheep is called, “counting sheep” or could have been called, “1, 2, 3…”.
Two sheep make one repeat, just print them, match end to end, tape and you’re ready to stitch. (more…)

The feature premiere presentation now showing in the multimedia center under quilt poetry is Grandma’s Quilt.
With a runtime of 12 ½ minutes, this video is our longest and most ambitious video project. The opening scene is from an oil on canvas painting (circa 1970′s) that begins the adventure. The prologue also contains a musical composition that went to #2 on the U.S. Bill Boards Top 100 in the 1970′s. The song and the singer/song received the Grammy Hall of Fame Award in 1980 for this his signature song.
The project includes the work of five gifted poets who weave the adventure that ultimately leads to grandma’s special gift. Talented photographers document the journey and seven musical scores bring this uplifting sentimental epic to its final conclusion. Please, do not miss the closing credits because they enhance the journey and tell their own story.

The inspiration hits, the design follows, fabric is auditioned, pieces are cut and sewn, a sandwich is created, the perfect stitching design is applied, and binding is secured; but where will it reside? Where will this work, created by loving hands, find a home? On a bed? On a stand? Folded on the couch? On the wall?
Logical places, indeed. By my quilts are on the ceiling. That’s right, the ceiling! (more…)

Just trace, fuse, zig zag the edges, quilt and that’s it!
At 21’ x 28” it’s just right to fit on the wall without overpowering. Great for a nautical themed room.
Since it is a seahorse, the quilt title is, “Giddiup”. The fun name is an indication it is an easy, fun quilt. It goes together quickly, and you’ll be finished in no time.
